"Devin was amazing to work with. He was professional, thorough, and always had our best interests at heart. As first time home buyers, it was great to work with someone so knowledgeable who walked us through every step."
"Was in the market for a forever home and trying to navigate the buying market for the first time. Devin made it easy. Always reachable by text or phone. He showed us one home and we are now in our forever home. 10 out of 10 recommend."
"I was buying from interstate and Devin really listened to what I was after, toured many houses, took videos and found me the perfect home. He went above and beyond. Could not be happier with my choice."

She was moving from California to Vermont for work — buying completely sight unseen.
We toured 12 homes virtually. I filmed 4K walkthroughs, flew my drone over the land, and checked every cabinet and corner.
She didn't see the house in person until closing day. She still texts me about how much she loves it.
"Doing the extra work so someone can make a life-changing decision from across the country."

About Devin
I was born and raised in the Upper Valley. This is home. I grew up around my family's business, Sabil & Sons — the red tow trucks most people around here recognize. Being part of a small, visible family business teaches you early that reputation matters and that how you treat people sticks with you.
I did leave for a while — Charlotte, Providence, Montreal, Miami — before choosing to come back. Living elsewhere gave me perspective. I understand relocation because I've done it myself. I know what people expect when they move from a city, and what surprises them once they start living in Vermont.
I studied marketing at Johnson & Wales and run a local creative agency, Upper Valley Media Solutions. I apply that same attention to branding and detail to every real estate transaction.
My interest in real estate started early, and today it's something I share with my husband, Leo — whose family has more than 30 years of real estate development experience across Greece and Montreal.
