About Devin

Deep Roots. Global Perspective. Modern Marketing.

A Local Perspective That Comes From Experience

I was born and raised in the Upper Valley. This is home. I grew up around my family’s business, Sabil & Sons, the red tow trucks most people around here recognize. Being part of a small, visible family business teaches you early that reputation matters and that how you treat people sticks with you.

I did leave the area for a while. I lived in Charlotte, Providence, Montreal, and Miami before choosing to come back. Living elsewhere gave me perspective. I understand relocation because I have done it myself. I know what people expect when they move from a city and what they are often surprised by once they start living in Vermont.

Whether you are relocating for Dartmouth or DHMC, moving back to the area, or looking for a second home, I understand both the excitement and the practical realities of that transition.

A Marketing Background That Adds Real Value

Real estate is not just about the property. It is about how it is presented and who it reaches.

I studied marketing at Johnson and Wales University and run a local creative agency, Upper Valley Media Solutions. I work with Upper Valley businesses on branding, content, and digital strategy, and I apply that same thinking to real estate.

That means clear positioning, strong visuals, and intentional marketing. Not just putting a listing online and waiting to see what happens.

Real Estate Has Always Been Part of My Life

My interest in real estate started early through hands on experience and learning from seasoned agents. Today, that interest is something I share with my husband, Leo. His family has more than 30 years of experience in real estate development across Greece and Montreal, and together we stay closely connected to market trends, renovation, and long term value.

I pay attention to the details because they matter here. Buying or selling in the Upper Valley is a big decision, and I take that responsibility seriously.
